Shipping policy

 

DHS Inc. ships via Canada Post (CP), Purolator and UPS.  Other carriers can be arranged.  We generally ship via ground services. Real-time rates are used to calculate shipping costs on the web site. In the event of a significant discrepancy between quoted shipping rates and reality, you will be contacted.

Free shipping on orders above $400.

Our handling costs are $6, regardless of the physical size of the package.

Estimated Expedited delivery is 3 to 5 working days. Faster option available with additional surcharge.

DHS Inc. is not liable for products lost and missing during shipping.

Orders are deal with within 2 working days. If items not in stock is considered  "special order". Customer Service will inform you on the ETA.

Return Policy

The customer has a 15-day exchange and return right.

E-mail to info@diamondheadsports.com request for RA (Return Authorization) number.

Provide proof of purchase.

Product must be unused in original packaging, without any damages

Customer is responsible shipping & handling charges. Shipping fees will be reimbursed only for defective or incorrect products.

 

 

Force majeure

Diamond Head Sports Inc. (DHS Inc.)shall not be liable for delays and damages resulting from an obstacle beyond its control, which it could not reasonably have foreseen or the consequences of which it could not avoid. Force majeure includes e.g. industrial action, illness of staff, import and disruptions in transport. If the force majeure persists for more than one month, both DHS Inc. and the customer have the right to cancel the orders without penalty or delay.
